      Pros

      Sound, moral, wholesome work environment - excellence is rewarded. Benefits and comp are pretty damn good. CEO, Bertrand Loy is a true gentleman.

      Cons

      ATMI acquisition was/is very disruptive and dust is still settling - legacy ATMI employees are not yet treated as equals with respect to . PTO policy (open aka no-limit PTO for exempts)

      Great employees and chances to travel the world. Very comfortable working environment and very smart employees to learn from.
