      Pros

      There are fantastic, dedicated people who have worked for this company for many years that genuinely care about the quality of the products they manufacture and customers they service.

      Cons

      There was at least two tenured managers that inhibited creativity and believed in an autocratic style with little regard for their direct reports.

      Focused on success and good visioning in regards to customers and product offerings.

      Cons

      No very innovative, only concerned with product offering and forcing a fit intend of developing solution to customer's actual need. Big catalog house.

      Downsides: management and everything involving promoting their emolyees success. Word on the street is this is not a good place to work.
