      Work flexibility. Great products. Wonderful BU support.

      Cons

      Results doesn’t = recognition. Only promote based on likes not results. Laying of legacy Entegris staffs and hired own friends or former colleagues. Unfair pay structure.

      Pros

      Nice and friendly colleague to work with. Bonus is better than average. Work Timing flexible. Lucky for me to have a good boss which other BU lacks but good boss management won't like

      Cons

      Management never change. Senior are all those that can't really do and hence the downfall this few years. Bonus is good but pay is way below market. No advancement ahead. No career progress unless you want a place just to work. OT rate is worse than a banga. And worse 3 months notice period. So think before you sign.
