Above market compensation. Hard working employees.

Cons

Micromanagement of employees, no life/work balance. Terminated under the guise of eliminating position to avoid discriminatory practice. Routinely tried to mask that staffing decisions and elimination based on age. Put your family first and not the plant and you will not be successful.
