      Pros

      Worked at ATMI before Entegris merger. People were overall very nice. Pleasant enough place to work. Salary was pretty much in keeping with the industry average.

      Cons

      Top heavy with management. Little room for upward movement.

      Too many processes, out of touch date with LEAN processes, corporate policies strangle your day to day work, too much bureaucracy
