Change and progression will never happen for Entegris because employees refuse it. No recognition for job well done. Managers micro-manage and clock-watch...don't ever think no one is watching your coming and going because they are. Intimidation and public humiliation are used daily thinking that's how results are best gotten. No trust or respect for workers. Open vacation policy is a joke - all that means is HR doesn't track it but managers do and that is worse. My advice...run away....do not work here. It is horrible.

The management team is one of the worst I have experienced during my career. Management has very little understanding of their customer base (what they do, wants and needs). Multiple product lines, each with different management teams and goals which may conflict with each other. Inappropriate behavior during business meetings and via email is tolerated by management. Quality systems are lacking. Employee training is lacking. Taking more than a few days of PTO is frowned upon. You are expected to be available by phone or email while on PTO.
