Pros

Communication with management and an overall great work environment. Low stress.

Cons

Mundane projects and a Helpdesk that isn't very helpful. Helpdesk moved overseas and the user experience with IT has suffered. Causing the usual qualms between regular users and IT.

The salary was competitive and there were many challenges to overcome. The health benefits were fair.

Cons

The company continues to lose revenue and jobs. People are constantly afraid of the next layoff. They senior managers get big stock blocks of options and the rest of the workforce gets a pink slip.
