      Love my coworkers, hate Non-Ops leadership

      Pros

      Some truly good people to work with. Operators, Technicians, Supervisors, Engineers that want to make things better. New site leader has given us a glimmer of hope for site improvement.

      Cons

      Site HR leadership that doesn’t understand Human Relationships has continued to destroy moral. Focus on looking good has trumped actually doing good. Too focused on short term finance numbers at expense of long term investment.

      Large number of sites if career mobility is something you want

      Cons

      1. Terrible leadership. Corporate leaders are all financial guys with no concept of how a manufacturing company should be operated. 2. Growth through acquisition leads to a mish-mash of products, systems, and organizations that don't operate together well at all. Awful integration of new companies. They proclaim synergies to the investors but don't come close to delivering on those promises. 3. Dishonest when acquiring companies. They make many promises to the leaders of the acquisition target, leading them to agree to the buyout. Then they destroy everything that made that company great.

      Pros

      Management is happy to work with Co-Ops. The existence of this program says a lot that Entegris is invested in the development of entry level employees

      Cons

      Work can be menial or bottom of the barrel for CoOps
