      In totality, pretty good

      Pros

      I had a great manager and the benefits were pretty good (ROTH 401K and usually a bonus). They also took their corporate values fairly seriously.

      Cons

      There was a lot of opportunity to growth after my first two years.

      Great place for early career / acquiring new skills

      Pros

      Entegris provides a wealth of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Not every opportunity is a fit for every person, but your environment will come to be a projection of your own desires for career development and progression. If you want to master a specific job skill, you will find the resources and mentorship you need. If you're open to learning something new, there is no shortage of opportunities or projects in which you might participate. If your goal is to punch in/punch out and do the minimum, that will be your experience. The opportunities are yours to take, or not, but they are abundant.

      Cons

      Entegris functions in a rapidly moving technology environment. Not all departments are affected equally by this, but be ready for some pressure and constant changes commensurate with the nature of the commercial landscape. Personal resilience and a modicum of courage will be needed to stay ahead of the curve. Team culture can vary from supportive to extremely isolated. Networking within the company outside your own team can be very helpful in getting through challenging situations.
