      Overall - good culture, intelligent co workers, commitment to quality.

      Cons

      lots of sales and product manager lifers that work only to protect their turf and commission/compensation. developing new products for new markets is very difficult and often considered as a threat to existing products. Upper mgmt is too beholden to quarterly earnings - strategy and vision is limited to small moves in semi market and limited to acquisitions - any other type of growth is limited as the company's inertia is heavy to change

      Some excellent, hard working co-workers who are trying do their best despite the poor management team.

      Cons

      The management team is one of the worst I have experienced during my career. Management has very little understanding of their customer base (what they do, wants and needs). Multiple product lines, each with different management teams and goals which may conflict with each other. Inappropriate behavior during business meetings and via email is tolerated by management. Quality systems are lacking. Employee training is lacking. Taking more than a few days of PTO is frowned upon. You are expected to be available by phone or email while on PTO.

      Pros

      WAS a great company, good pay, new and exciting work. Good employees who really helped each other succeed

      Cons

      Company was sold so share holders could get a nice buy out and a few more pennies on the dollar. New company never took the appropriate amount of time to learn what every one did before letting people go. I feel bad for all the hard work that is now going down the drain.
