      Stable company, flexible hours/remote policy, nice coworkers, laid-back atmosphere

      Cons

      A bit dry/boring at times, work felt a bit monotonous. Not much room for creativity, but that's just the job

      - Great people - Great culture in many parts of the organization - Great technology - Compensation can be great if get long term incentive stock and stick around

      Office is far away from Boston and the commute becomes little difficult.
