      Benefits aren’t bad. Pay is on the higher end of average.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and toxic culture, no room for growth, no development or utilization of skillsets. This is a dead end. You will unlearn skills here and struggle with your next gig. You will be reprimanded and discouraged for trying to develop skills that don’t fall in line with the narrow scope you were hired for. You will only be doing mindless PMs and changing stickers. You will become a sticker technician.
