Good people at the lower levels of the organization

Cons

Top management treats people unfairly (e.g., discriminates based on race and gender) and lacks vision & strategy. Board of Directors should replace ineffective leadership team.

Good team, culture of fear

Pros

Great supervisor and my team works well with eachother. I enjoy the challenging work. There are decent benefits.

Cons

Mandated to PTO, included unpaid for some Operators, while leadership was unaffected. Culture of fear when working with HR team. Site leadership feels dishonest and selfish.
