Culture changes over the past 6 months have made working here intolerable; there is currently a mass exodus of employees. Former collaborative atmosphere that valued curiosity and problem solving has become almost entirely internal political infighting that makes getting any work done almost impossible. Work weeks in my department average 60 hours and no serious moves to address workload.

Office politics Depressing people that bring you down Managers that will be on your side, until they stab you in the back 12 hour shifts mandatory, work weekends, will take away your holidays if they feel like it. Coworkers are snakes Entegris is a great place to work if you aren't different than the norm, otherwise they'll shun you until you quit.
