      Good company, still stuck in the past in some ways of thinking

      Pros

      Good company, trying to improve employee moral and culture. Company is doing very well financially and is in growth mode so we are seeing more employee activities which is nice.

      Cons

      Would like to see more opportunities for advancement - I see the same people in management roles moving around and not the lower level workers.
