Poor organization and management team

No trust with the HR department to do the right thing. They try to find scapegoats constantly to throw under the bus. They do not support the middle management that works there. The site director that Entegris brought in ran the place into the ground. When I left I was averaging at least one day a week that was a 14 hour+ work day due to mandatory meetings every week.
