      Pros

      Lots of Benefits for both FT and PT employees. Offers programs for employees to grow within the company. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      Communication is not a strong point. Training of onboarding employees is subpar. Favoritism is sometimes very obvious. Work culture and environment needs improvement.

      Pros

      I had a great manager and the benefits were pretty good (ROTH 401K and usually a bonus). They also took their corporate values fairly seriously.

      Cons

      There was a lot of opportunity to growth after my first two years.
