      Competitive salary and a culture that allows you to grow.

      Cons

      Lots of recent acquisitions, which is good because the company is growing but a bit chaotic at the moment.

      Used to be one of the best places to work. Not, not so much.

      Pros

      You can say you have a "job".

      Cons

      Do more than you're paid to do. Work with dangerous chemicals, like chlorine gas. If you're on second shift, expect to do the work of first. The supervisor won't make the first shift do any actual work. He make them walk around the plane do various things, like paperwork in other departments.
