      Safety culture is good, compensation is reasonable, the management so far has been very reasonable. Satisfying and interesting work.

      Culture changes over the past 6 months have made working here intolerable; there is currently a mass exodus of employees. Former collaborative atmosphere that valued curiosity and problem solving has become almost entirely internal political infighting that makes getting any work done almost impossible. Work weeks in my department average 60 hours and no serious moves to address workload.
