Pros

A very positive environment to work. Colleagues are really supportive and feel recognized within the team. The company is growing fast and an employee has a good potential to grow if he//she likes to work in this field.

Cons

It's still a small and growing company so don't expect a lot of perks like health insurance etc. but they try to provide as much as they can.

Thank you for your kind recommendation of Entegro! We are thrilled that since 2022 we have been able to offer a selection of employee benefit packages under our Flexible Benefits initiative, which include a combination of Healthcare, extra Annual Leave, Pension AVC and a Fitness membership contribution. As well as this, all employees have access to Bike To Work scheme and a Free VDU Eyesight Test and the EAP Service with Laya healthcare. We are also continuing reviewing all of our offerings.
