Pros

Plenty of work as the company are living up to their name, can’t say a bad word about management they all have great experience and communication with each department is spot on. Small company that’s growing for the right reasons and winning new contracts through their good work and well managed team. Genuinely good place to work.

Cons

Wages could be better but, as the company grows and takes on more contracts different roles and pay are starting to go up
