Great sense of community within the organization. Opportunity for growth and a high focus on internal staff development. great in house technology, benefits, and ability to work from home, and manage your own workload.
Cons
internal growth, while available, is slow, due to a more corporate structure. They try to recognize employees with pay raises as best they can, but title promotions can take a long time. The organization is a very large non-profit that is run more corporate.
