A lot of smart, energetic, socially conscious employees who work to advance affordable housing and communities with access to opportunities. Great benefits and work/life balance is supported. Pay is fair and in line with the area.

Cons

Policies, such as telecommuting, are not consistent throughout the organization. Human resources are taxed with the amount of work to be done. Company has been in a state of restructuring for multiple years.

Cons

No one likes the CIO. You will fear for your job every day. Other IT managers are mostly worthless. You are either a blind follower of a failed IT strategy or they look down at you.
