Incapable Executive Leadership

Pros

Excellent health, wellness, financial, and leave benefits.

Cons

The immaturity of the executive leadership team that remains in place is infuriating. Regardless of the CEO (by the way, there have been 4 different CEOs in the past 5 years), they can't seem to get control of their executive team members. They lack the level of professional maturity and leadership skills needed to drive this organization forward. It's remained this way for the past several years and yet this behavior continues to be tolerated.
