Pros

Only thing good out working at enterprise is when you go marketing you have time to go out and look for another job.

Cons

there is no help form upper management when you needed they turn they phone calls, an claim to have been in a meeting that was not schedule (bar).

This is a place where you can have a good work life balance. Management is understanding about the needs of the employees.

Cons

Promotions (especially a job change into management) can be very difficult. Pay is not the best, but comparable to other companies.

Pros

good first job to understand the business. You can take gradually responsability. good management team and team spirit. Big group so we can get international possibility.

Cons

When working in a team there are no losers and no winners. That, despite of obvious advantage (no one loses anything), can be a big disadvantage.
