Pros
The people you work with are great. You will make life long friends. After this job, you will never have another job as difficult.
Cons
After the layoffs, this company changed. All meetings were about the bottom line and nothing about how employees were doing. The purpose of the meetings were to show how much better we would be doing if we had less employees. No, don't mention that your MTs are all worn out because that doesn't help the bottom line.
