Pros
Enterprise is a fast paced environment where you meet a lot of different people from the community. On a daily basis, you interact with customers of all cultures, backgrounds, and classes. The people that work for the company make wonderful co-workers. Everybody seems to have a great attitude and a great approach everyday when you come to work. Enterprise teaches you how to work on a team to get through a rush of customers.
Cons
The salary starting out of college is tough to deal with. After four years of college, it takes a lot to be satisfied with around 33k a year. Most of us look forward to receiving at least 41k per year for our hard work. There are also times where you have to clean even though your in business attire. When starting out this didn't phase me but it did get annoying at times.
