Pros
I have had great experiences working with the people at Enterprise. Despite the recent layoffs, job security is very high. Typically there are many opportunities for career progression. Overall Benefits are pretty good. The company has strong founding values, that it does uphold. IT is currently going through an efficiency evolution, meaning groups that once had very specific responsibilities are earning many more responsibilities (IT groups are merging together). -More responsibilities means, more skill sets you have. -Companay does reword hard work and recognizes good employees
Cons
It's more about what management thinks you know rather than what you know. New compensation package does not reward current employee's that are progressing and excelling.(Although this seems to be more of a temporary solution survive the tough conditons) Currently opportunities are low due to staffing restrictions from upper management.
