      Ability to train others, Get to make important business decisions, responsible for branch's success and failures, opportunities for promotion are always available if you qualify

      Cons

      Extra long hours, must be the first to arrive at branch and last to leave, must keep good sales numbers in order to qualify for branch manager spot
