      Pros

      Great place to learn sales skills.

      Cons

      Too many to name! lol 10 hour work days, washing cars in a suit, working in all weather conditions.. out in rain, snow, extreem heat, hardly any holidays off, immature work invironment, low pay, low ethics.. adverage is $32,000 to $35, 000.. no room for a social life.. work, life balance doesn't exist in this place. The company is sales based..their job is to sell you on the company over and over again... don't drink to "kool-aide" if it doesn't feel like a fit, it isn't! Is this what college was preparing you for?

      Pros

      Job security is the biggest pro. You will always have a job and it includes benefits and opportunity for bonuses. Another pro is the fact that they always encourage you to work toward getting promoted.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. You will work 55 plus hours a week and your friends with part time jobs paychecks will look like yours. No MT brings home over $2000 a month unless they are hustling for the bonuses day in and out. Also, they say they only promote based on performance, but there is always a way to manipulate the numbers.

      Pros

      There is a flexible schedule that allows you to work around certain personal schedules. The benefits package and pay seems to be at least on par with other companies.

      Cons

      I am sure it is dependent on location and how your levels of management communicate, but overall there is too much red take to make any effective change. The system is outdated and slow.
