      Pros

      Working with Enterprise rent a car will help you improve your work ethic, patience, and give you a real world experience when coming fresh out of college. IT will give you a heads up when it comes to changing jobs because they are know for their training program.

      Cons

      It is like still being in high school, the same drama, and unnecessary rumors about non work related issues. If you are in a relationship make sure to try and include your other half in the after hours outings, and treat working there like what it is- A job not a hook up place.

      Pros

      Good place to start your career. You will get great work experience that you can take with to your next job. If you chose to stay with the company you will have to put up with lower compensation in the beginning, but will be rewarded in the future.

      Cons

      Right now the company has been running very tight when it comes to promotions and salary increased. I assume that will go away as the used car market/economy improves.

      Good training for all aspects of business, especially if you are straight out of college.

      Cons

      Washing cars in a tie in the middle of summer. people are ignorant by nature, and a car rental business amplifies this ignorance ten fold.
