Pros

The best reason i think to work for Enterprise, is it will expose what your strengths ,an weakness are. It will give you a chance to get an MBA without paying for one.I have seen people do well after going through the program. Working there will sharpen your sales ability if you already have a knack for it.It is great experience for peole right out of college. If you are a social person that wants to network go for it.Enterprise is also a good fit for competitive people.People that enjoy being graded on performance regularly. It set you up well for career opportunity down the road.

Cons

The long hours are really at a distracting from having work life balance. People who are easily stress out would find it very hard to survive there. The pay isn't really that good for the work you do but,you can survive with a roommate or spouse's support. The fact that males have to wear, long sleeve white collared shirts no, matter what the weather is irritating at best. You can never be off your guard because you are in constant competition. If you just spent 80K on school you don't want to wash a car in the south ,wearing a suit an tie an dress shoes .

Pros

The company as a whole is a good place to start if you are an Entrepreneurial person. As for the business management department I found it at first to be a great place to work. Creativity is encouraged and if you can come up with new way to do things, or a cost savings idea management will love you. I do think ERAC has a great opportunity to outsource our accounts payable department and limit business managements exposure to the public by having all customer complaint’s handled from a central location in St. Louis. This will refocus the department and also allow you to downsize it.

Cons

The company is CHEAP and after you get a few years of good expirence the best employees will leave. The company will only provide training for you when its going to benefit them. So if you want them to pay for a certain class it has to be related to your current position.

Pros

Good Starting Point for a young person just out of school. In this economy its hard finding a job so thier willingness to give you a start is nice. I think they like to keep hiring new people to keep the ranks fresh. You get to do lots of different things which can be good and bad but overall I think its good.

Cons

Long Hours and Limited Advancement
