Pros
At least in my region of Enterprise, upper management is full of smart, talented, and driven people. Everyone working for the company started at the bottom of the food chain (i.e. standing behind a counter and renting cars) and so you never will have a boss who hasn't been through what you're going through. That doesn't mean all managers are geniuses who understand how to run a business - but, generally, the idiots get weeded out by the very competetive promotion process.
Cons
Long hours. They aren't obsenely long: we can't compete with people in the medical field for hours logged, but take a look at the sign on the front door when you go in to interview because every hour that the business is posted as being open: you can pretty much expect to be there. Also, the company has very high standards for its employees and it is extremely taxing to try and keep 100% on top of all the things they want you to excel in.
