Pros
Potential to make a lot of money for easy work.
Cons
Pyramid type structure which undercompensates bottom and overcompensates top. New associates work really hard under the promise of making a lot of money in the long run. However, it is impossible for everyone to be rewarded and so there are no guarantees. Obviously any work place is difficult if you want to make a lot of money but ERAC doesn't compensate first year associates enough. My coworkers struggled to survive on such a low paycheck and the only way to increase a pay check is to recruit other employees which is unethical.
