      Pros

      the slim chance of making big dollars, about a 1 in a 1,000 chance. like winning the lotto more or less...but similiar to the lotto, the riches never last. retiring from enterprise just does not happen, everyone gets fired sooner or later

      Cons

      long hours, misreable day to day work, getting screamed at by dirtbag customers, only real possibillity of promotion depends on odds and the good ole' boy network, never having enough cars, oversaturated market, no real idea by upper management of what pertains to marketing,, promotions based on selling, so you have good sellers as bosses, not good people persons as bosses...the list could go on and on

      Great place to learn how to run a business, but you'll work a lot of hours without guarantee of seeing the big bucks.

      Pros

      Great team environment, good opportunities to develop as a business professional. Good compensation to those who are willing to put in the time. Benefit packages are great! Nice perks for Managers like taking a rental car home each night and having an option to use it for personal use. Some travel for training events makes it fun for managers, and breaks up the year. Awesome focus on training and making sure you'll have the tools to succeed. Most managers listen well to their employees since they all started at the same place.

      Cons

      Too many uncontrollable factors effect your paycheck. Management expectations sometimes unrealistic. Overall ideas for change take too long to implement. Most off all, too many hours worked after business hours.

      Pros

      To learn the harsh reality of dealing with the public. Dealing with money and issues that a merchant is faced with. There also is the challenge of keeping track of all the vehicles. This is very challenging when you have so many customers and workers.

      Cons

      "Enterprise's" Corporate culture is very brash. The culture is very sales oriented, thus it is very competitive in nature. Trust is certainly an issue, in which, causes a problem for the customers. Managers use fear rather than reasoning as a way to motivate workers.
