      Pros

      This is a fantastic company with exceptional training on how to run a business and covers introductory training in EVERY area of business. With a HEAVY focus on customer service they strive just as hard to take care of their employees. There is amazing opportunity for career advancement and the culture is one of kind.

      Cons

      You have to be able to live on a corporate entry level salary until you get that first promotion and start to earn commission. The good news is that promotions are performance based so how quickly you advance is up to you.

      Pros

      With very few exceptions, all promotions are from within the company itself… Where you want to go within enterprise is up to you, and your abilities and networking skills.

      Cons

      People think less of you because you work for a rental car agency... Very few people actually understand that you are required to have a college degree in order to work for enterprise... And when you are in rental, the people that you deal with very rarely have more than a high school education - and act as such.
