Pros

With the Reservation Sales job you work from home and only speak with your boss once a week for about 45 minutes. During that meeting he/she helps you with your skills and development. The pay and benefits are very good compared to similar call center type jobs. If you are dependable and apply yourself, you can have a long career in the call center at Enterprise, as it is a stable company with good job security. The people you work with are fun and very friendly.

Cons

The main challenges are working with the public, strict attendance guidelines and working strange schedules.

Pros

People, some folks work hard and really care about doing a good job and acting in the company's best interests

Cons

Some groups/individuals are along for the ride on the gravy train, reallocating resources from more financially responsible groups so they can pad their own salaries and bonuses. Lots of disparities in compensation, bonuses, and workload. Lack of recognition and promotion regardless of effort, promotions and financial rewards only doled out to those in are certain "elite" groups, or who have won favor with the right directors/managers. If you're in the elite, you can receive a lofty title and hire others to do the work.

Pros

Work from home Paid holidays Decent pay for first 3 months...but that is changing No pay to set up Bonus potential until your role changes Awesome resume booster

Cons

Inexperienced middle management One trainer has an ear grating voice (think Hillary from Fresh Prince) Initial role is multiplied by 4 if you show promise- at the same rate of pay! Immature management trainees Definitely an Old Boy's Club
