      Pros

      Great possibility to work hard and move up far, once in the right position and the ability to stay mobile (never settle down) able to make lots of money in a great career. This is an awesome place to work for the right kind of individual.

      Cons

      No for Family people in my opinion. No work/life balance, and you will work countless hours for crap pay for quite a few years before you make it into a role where you can earn a decent salary and still be able to maintain a family life. I am a settle down kind of family man. Just was not for me.
