Decent colleagues, but work-life balance is non-existent
Pros
The colleagues were for the most part nice and we got fairly close The pay was decent
Cons
Literally everything else. They tell you that you will progress and make a lot of money but first of all it’s not a given as they make it seem, secondly it doesn’t make up for the total loss of work life balance. I was told we would do 40h with some overtime, instead on average I worked 55h per week. The shifts were from 7.45am to 8pm most of the time, and when I brought up concerns about my mental state because of the lack of personal time, I was told I would get used to this. The managers say they care about you but really they care about making as much money as possible. It truly felt like a cult, people had no personal life and still decided to stay. Not to mention that I genuinely just drove, I had a degree and was essentially doing a taxi driver’s job. Best thing I did was leaving that place.
