- Very intelligent and experienced staff

- Fast paced environment, motivated to get things done
- High growth and profitable (rare)
Cons
As with any start-up staff needs to be very agile and willing to help out wherever the business has needs
I joined Enterra's new Cambridge office in MA. Super nice location next to MIT and Charles River. Most people work in the company for many years. Every one is very easy to talk and nice to work with. Very experienced and intelligent people. The AI product is very advanced and powerful. A lot of interesting projects are coming.
Cons
Everyone works remote. Hopefully to meet all the people in person.
I have been with Enterra for several years, and I really enjoy working at the company. During the height of Covid 19 we worked remotely like most companies. Our CEO helped navigate our team through this period with weekly Covid briefing videoconferences. These conferences kept us informed on the company's progress and also provided us the information on the changes to the pandemic rules that applied to the states where each of us remotely work. At the same time, the CEO made sure we were all ok and offered personal assistance if needed. I am excited about going back to work in the office and interacting with colleagues in person.
Cons
We work in a very fast paced and creative environment. At times the nature of our business calls for an “all hands-on deck” pace to complete deliverables. If you are a 9-5 type of person, this may not be the perfect fit.
