Micromanage for what?

Pros

Friendly staff for the most part, they become like your second family if you stay long enough and get to know them.

Cons

Micromanagement: is really micro "management" if there's no managing? I thought of it more as micro-harassing for tasks that were irrelevant and illogical. This place is the epitome of corruption, lies, and employee mistreatment. I'm so disappointed in myself for leaving a job to work for this organization.

Pros

Our team has had the pleasure of working with many wonderful clients local and nationwide for many years. I always have said it is about a team to keep us meeting and exceed our clients expectations. These past 6 months with the challenge of the Covid pandemic we all pulled together and I have been so proud to be a part of the Entourage Events Team. When I got the call to see if we could start producing 2,500 meals three times a day for the National Guard, Fire and police we all said yes and it was rewarding what we pulled off within a days’ notice and continued throughout. I know I personally it was rewarding and proud to see how we could be of help. The team has applied the that same dedication for safety, great product and insuring that all of our events these past few months have been 150% where we needed it to be for all the guests and clients. Great vision and leadership starts from the top and I appreciate our owner Steve Hark. But also takes a strong team that is dedicated and has the passion for the hospitality industry to keep surpassing one event at a time. Thank you to all! We are excited to bring new Sales – Event – Ops Teams members on board as we ramp up for 2021. I look forward in sharing ideas and learning all of our future team members attributes as we continue building on our team.

Cons

These are tough months we have been through for our hospitality industry. I know it has been challenging for so many. We all have to continue to keep looking forward and leaning on each other. Future 2021 challenges will be continuing to be very supportive for our clients and each other.

Pros

Some events can be fun . Being part of them seemed exciting in the beginning. It was before I was overworked.

Cons

Overworked is the key point here. All employees are expected to work brutal and terribly exhausting hours. We didn't have a choice. The leadership was quite dominating. They pushed us to work past our boundaries, and we ended up having an awful work-life balance. Things became extremely chaotic before major events. It was a disaster. I avoided git by quitting.
