This company is growing at a rapid rate and creating so many opportunities for all of us. Company does have an expectation to deliver quality services and products timely for all events. We have the BEST team after cutting a few non-performers!
Cons
Entourage will not tolerate "toxic" employees. Those are individuals who are not team players, do not take accountability for their own mistakes or make efforts to correct them, do not follow policies/procedures, bring about unnecessary drama and create a negative environment. If you are one of those individuals, please do not apply as you won't last on the team! Also, they are very clear about expectations too (in the job description), if you can't perform, please don't apply! We work as a team and everyone needs to contribute equally!
