I work with people who are committed to excellence and care about one another. When a client requests last-minute changes, my colleagues step in to help without waiting to be asked. The senior planners mentor newer team members, and I've learned so much from watching them work.

Different venues, different setups, different crowds, so you won't have boring days here. Good compensation. Crew that rises to any challenge and keeps the mood light while doing it. Option to pick up shifts that accommodate your schedule. Learning all about the logistics side of events pretty quickly.

Cons

Depends on the event, can be stressful to work on big ones because there are too many moving parts
