I made some good friends.

Cons

Owner and upper management are monsters. Do not care about staff. Extremely ignorant and self centered. Very unorganized as well as micro managed. The more you care about doing your job well and improving, the more the owner and upper management treat you like crap. Wouldn't wish this boss on my worst enemy. A nightmare of a person. Promised a contest over the summer then denied winners. Promised new suits and shoes for Captains. Went for fittings then owner refused to pay. Lies, lies, lies.

Cons

In simple terms; The toxic, lie infested, back stabbing, inhuman treatment of employees there will drain your soul and life away. They literally do not care about their employees and only see them as a number and property to use to further themselves

Terribly unprofessional and toxic workplace. They don't know what they are doing and they have no respect for a balance between work and private life. They also do not offer competitive wages and the commission is very top heavy. If you are looking for a livable wage and career growth, forget this place.
