      No complaints about the schedule. Different kinds of events (simple to intricate, intimate to large-scale). Training on guest relations. Meeting all sorts of people. Free food when you’re on duty.

      Pros

      A lot going on most of the time, which makes the work both interesting and demanding. Responsible and organized team -- everyone pitches in without complaining. Effective communication and good workflow. Job that makes you great at planning and problem-solving (if you take it seriously, of course). Pay and benefits are fine.

      Cons

      Look for something else if you can't multitask and stay organized.

      Pros

      Health insurance and PTO were decent benefits. Those were appreciated. Beyond that, nothing else stood out as positive.

      Cons

      - Work hours were brutally long - Weekend shifts felt unavoidable - Peak seasons pushed everything to extreme levels and destroyed any balance between work and personal life. - Days ran on barely four hours of sleep while still facing exhausting and overwhelming demands. - Those memories remain terrible and are not something I ever want to experience again.
