      I feel like with the right people in place, I can grow here. But currently, it isn't looking that way.

      Cons

      Very top-down company. They called at all hours of the day, even on weekends if they needed you. Asking for time off was an awful hassle and they always gave you crap for it, even if it was vacation time that was allocated to you. Constantly breathing down your throat was a ridiculous expectation and micro-managed everyone. They have cameras set up everywhere to make sure you aren't doing anything that "isn't work related." All they care about is profit margins and making money.

      Pros

      It’s a great place to learn professionalism and how to be a high-end server. The schedule is flexible and management is very accommodating with our scheduling requirements. It's a good place to work if you’re in school or have a second job.

      I haven’t come across any notable cons.
