      Most disorganized company and lack of direction I have ever seen

      You get to work with some talented and passionate people.

      Cons

      One of the most disorganized and terrible leadership I have ever witnessed. The managers here are either incompetent or lazy. There are a few good ones, but most of them are undeserving to be part of the leadership. Upper management constantly makes decisions based on short term gains while ignoring the employees. They also treat workers like they are beneath them. This place was the worst place I've worked in my entire career.

      Good and kind customers are one-of-the-best perks here. That is the only Pro I can think of.

      The constant clash of opinions and the struggle to align with their vision left the team feeling utterly exhausted. The management's approach often felt distant and unyielding, making collaboration and progress feel like an uphill battle. Their unwavering adherence to their methods felt almost like a form of worship, making it tough to introduce any fresh ideas or suggestions. The overall atmosphere was strained, and it was challenging to navigate amidst the rigid structure and conflicting perspectives. Steer clear from this company!

      Pros

      I’m part of a great team that is hardworking and dedicated. Everyone brings an upbeat attitude to work and leaves their personal life at home. Management is flexible with the schedule and provides us with everything we need to do our job well.

      Cons

      To date I haven’t had any issues working here.
