Pros

Decent place to start out your career, however the company has EXTREMELY fast turnover for positions that should not have a fast turn over.

Cons

Not sure how this company stays afloat. The CEO makes everyone feel afraid to ask for help or admit they made a mistake. He micromanages everyone's work, telling them exactly what to do, and then blames those same people when the strategy doesn't work. Very chaotic and not a place to work and not appropriate if you're vulnerable un confidence and self-esteem.

Pros

Highly competitive pay and an amazing work/life balance for the event planning industry. Management is very supportive and is always checking in on us to make sure that we aren’t feeling burnt out. My colleagues are great as well, everyone is hardworking and friendly.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons to date.

Some of the training programs offered by this company were alright. They helped me enhance my professional knowledge at times.

Cons

My biggest concern about this job and this company were the brutal hours. The management didn't see how it impacted our physical and mental health. The leadership was too arrogant to realize that there were fewer employees than needed, creating awful pressure. I wish they had the sense to realize their poor attitude and behavior toward employees. Things could have been far different then.
