Pros

The team’s super supportive so I never have to worry about having backup. The leaders are awesome - they actually listen to new ideas and try to act on our feedback. Another thing I like is the chance to cross-train in different areas, which keeps things fresh and helps you pick up useful skills.

Cons

The events industry can be unpredictable, but it's also what keeps things interesting. At least that's how I feel.

You will just get some experience which might help you in getting other jobs.

Cons

Leadership is terrible and has lost the vision of the company. Often decisions were handed down without any understanding of how they would impact the team. They micromanage like crazy and have unrealistic expectations. They won't be concerned about you. All they care about is their work being done even if it means working on the weekends.

Great community feel. The best thing about working here is the many relationships I've built with coworkers and clients. Management is always open to new ideas and feedback. Professionally and personally rewarding job. The pay is good, and I've learned a lot in my time here.

Cons

Nothing so far, I've been enjoying myself.
