Pros

We work as an efficient and productive team that is motivated by supportive management. Workloads are reasonable and duties are effectively distributed. Working together is an advantage since we are able to finish tasks more quickly. This teamwork also enables us to overcome any obstacles that may come.

You have to work outside your comfort zone and be ready to take on new tasks

Worst Company Culture and Terrible Blame Games

It was the worst experience for me. I don't want to mention fake pros to mislead others into thinking it's a good employer.

Cons

THE COMPANY CULTURE WAS THE WORST. THE MANAGEMENT WAS A FAILURE. THEY NEVER ACCEPTED WHAT THEY WRONG AND ALWAYS PLAYED THE BLAME GAME WITH EMPLOYEES. Most employees were already stressed due to the high workload. The stress was increased further when the awful management blamed them for everything that went wrong. I couldn't tolerate the rude and disrespectful behavior for long, so I quit to preserve my mental health. I didn't want to be mentally unstable like the management here. You must avoid it too!
